An orange pumpkin
Big and round
Sat oh, so still
Upon the ground.
He sat and wished
With all his might
That he‘d be bought
Before the night.
With all his might
That he‘d be bought
Before the night.
―I‘m nice and fat;
I‘m not too thin;
I want a
Jack-o-lantern grin.
―One tooth on top
And two below
And then a flaming
Candle glow.
The orange pumpkin
Heard the sound
Of little feet
Upon the ground.
